Vendor Manager

About the role

This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies that meet business goals
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues to maintain service standards
• Conduct market analysis and present findings to stakeholders in a digestible format
• Implement regional and national vendor programs and lead change management efforts
• Collaborate on compliance with client sourcing policies and risk management procedures
• Mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of roles
• Drive cost optimization and performance improvement initiatives across vendor relations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a recognized institution; MBA preferred
• 10+ years in Supplier Management, Relationship Management, or related Procurement
• 2+ years experience in third-party risk management
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications

Pay

$111,000 – $130,000 annually
