About the role

Coordinates with vendors to receive and process transactions for the online fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with multiple vendors to resolve customers' online orders.
• Communicate with customers, buyers, and vendors regarding orders on hold, pending shipment, and/or pending invoice.
• Detect, research, and provide resolutions to vendor disputes.
• Coordinate with e-commerce and accounts payable on returned merchandise.
• Provide internal and external access to the online ordering system.
• Resolve all security system issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in an online fulfillment system, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
