Job Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and managing subcontractors and suppliers in Indonesia, including verification based on company procedures.
  • Enquiry, commercial negotiation and bidding organization.
  • Subcontractors evaluation, selection and agreement signing.
  • Maintain relationship with subcontractor, no limited to subcontractor assessment, regular meeting, and high-level communication.
  • PO and payment management.
  • Complete procurement system and process formulation.
  • Procurement team building.
  • Give work instruction to staff.

Job Requirement and Qualification

  • Has a minimum Diploma degree in any major.
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a telecommunication company and managing vendors is a MUST.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
