Vendor Analyst - Remote

About the role
Sentara is hiring a Vendor Analyst for a fully remote position. This role designs, produces, and analyzes vendor and internal business operations and financial data and reports. Utilizes knowledge of applications, databases, statistical tools, financial systems, and analytical principles to monitor, analyze, and communicate information supporting vendor-related business operations. Reviews invoices, verifies payments, and collaborates with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Assists in implementing, maintaining, and improving business processes related to vendors and operations. Facilitates communication with vendors and internal stakeholders and develops, implements, and monitors vendor performance plans as needed.
Responsibilities
- Design, produce, and analyze vendor and internal business operations and financial data and reports.
- Utilize applications, databases, statistical tools, and financial information systems to monitor and communicate business insights.
- Review invoices, verify payments, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in implementing, maintaining, and improving business processes related to vendors and operations.
- Facilitate communication between vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and monitor vendor performance plans when necessary.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Minimum 5 years of related experience (Required).
- Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Claims, insurance, and insurance billing experience.
- Experience working with vendors and/or providers.
- QNXT experience (Preferred).
- iCertis experience (Preferred, not required).
Pay
Base pay range for full-time employment: $60,756.80 - $101,254.40. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
