About the role

Pre-Kitting Operations Pick, pack, and prepare products for delivery routes. Verify product accuracy, freshness, and labeling. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices. Help organize product layouts for efficiency. Assist with inventory control. Support machine moves and setup. Receive orders and organize warehouse materials. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of warehouse, vending, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience with pre-kitting, order fulfillment, or food service distribution is desirable.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills (inventory software, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Ability to pass a Tier 1 background check.
