Vending Technician

Vending Technician position in the greater San Antonio area, focused on repair, maintenance, and servicing of vending, cooling, and fountain equipment.

About the role

• Repair and maintain vending, cooling, and fountain equipment.
• Service machines with Keurig Dr Pepper products.
• Refurbish new and used equipment in the vending shop and throughout the Austin area.
• Maintain proper brands in each vendor or cooler.
• Notify Sales Development Manager of account status changes (e.g., new ownership, account closure).
• Develop and maintain a positive Keurig Dr Pepper image in trade and industry.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and operate assigned vehicles safely.
• Confirm machine serial numbers against EMO documentation and complete service paperwork accurately.
• Provide customers with guidance on preventive maintenance and proper equipment usage.
• Communicate promptly with Dispatcher or Vending Supervisor regarding mechanical issues or account status changes.
• Perform additional duties to support operational needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of vending service and face-to-face customer interaction experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Safety shoes with toe caps.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Must have own basic hand tools to complete the job.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 40 lbs repeatedly.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (or until finished).
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Pay

Starting at $24.76 per hour, increasing to $26.12 per hour after the first 6 months.
