About the role

We are looking for a part-time sales associate (12 hours per week) for our MANGO store in Glòries Shopping Center, Barcelona. The position offers a permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Sell clothing, accessories, footwear, and leather goods, as well as related services such as styling and personal shopping.
• Interact with customers and sales support staff to maximize revenue and enhance the customer experience.
• Assist and inform consumers about promotions, product selection, and purchases, with in-depth knowledge of company policies.
• Perform store support tasks, including stock management, customer service, scheduling, daily operations, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Assist with online orders if a product is unavailable in-store.
