Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist every customer who visits the showroom or lot
• Ask thoughtful questions, listen actively, and help each customer find the right vehicle
• Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles, highlighting features, options, and benefits
• Follow the complete sales process from greeting to close
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and make that moment special
• Follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects
• Collaborate with the sales manager on goals, activities, and results

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish (required); bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Outgoing, energetic personality—you genuinely enjoy working with people
• Comfort with a commission-based income—your effort directly determines your earnings
• Basic computer, internet, and email skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug test

Pay

$75,000–$150,000+ annually, commission-based with no ceiling—your income grows with your sales.

Schedule

Full-time, 40-hour workweek. No forced Saturdays or late nights.
