Vendavo Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design sessions with business and pricing stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Configure and implement Vendavo Deal Manager, Profit Analyzer, and/or Price Manager modules
• Translate pricing strategy and commercial policies into Vendavo system configurations
• Develop and maintain functional design documents, process flows, and configuration workbooks
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately implemented
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) support, including test script development and defect triage
• Deliver end-user training and create supporting documentation and job aids
• Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing best practices, workflows, and Vendavo capabilities
• Provide post-go-live hypercare support and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on functional experience implementing or supporting Vendavo solutions
• Proven experience with one or more Vendavo modules: Deal Manager, Price Manager, or Profit Analyzer
• Strong understanding of B2B pricing strategies, price waterfall concepts, and margin management
• Experience Facilitating Requirements Workshops And Creating Functional Specification Documents
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex pricing concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience supporting UAT, go-live readiness, and training delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Vendavo integrations to SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle ERP/CRM platforms
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial/chemical industries
• Familiarity with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes and tools
• Vendavo certification or formal Vendavo training program completion
• Prior consulting or systems integrator (SI) experience
