About the role
Seeking an experienced Veeva PromoMats Technical Architect to lead the design, implementation, integration, optimization, and support of regulated content management and promotional material approval processes. Drive medical content governance and compliance-focused business processes, and design scalable solutions for the Veeva PromoMats ecosystem.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of enterprise application architecture experience
- 5+ years of Veeva Vault experience
- 3+ years of Veeva PromoMats architecture experience
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or Medical Devices
- Experience working in regulated environments

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Veeva PromoMats solutions
- Design content lifecycle and workflow architectures
- Develop and maintain secure Veeva Vault configurations
- Define metadata models for regulated content
- Design integration architecture between Veeva and enterprise systems
- Support validation documentation and compliance requirements
- Integrate Veeva PromoMats with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Support Salesforce administration and functional design activities
- Collaborate with business, technical, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders
- Optimize PromoMats solutions for scalability, security, and operational efficiency
