Responsibilities
- Execute sales targets and activities in a specified region for the portfolio of a unit to increase sales with various potential customers and achieve defined commercial targets.
- Create and qualify leads to convert into pipeline and provide sales support to field Sales Account Executives (AEs).
- Develop pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow-up on marketing qualified leads (MQLs) targeting Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Imaging Centers.
- Consult with customers to identify their needs and pain points to recommend Siemens Healthineers solutions and services.
- Use CRM systems and other tools to plan calls, record activities, and schedule follow-up tasks.
- Hand off warm Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to field AEs and meet daily, monthly, and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support AEs in the sales process with activities like conducting client research, compiling product communication materials, and bringing in relevant product support networks.
- Track customer needs and communicate regularly with field AEs to contribute to territory planning and coverage.
- Conduct organized prospecting strategies and weekly calls with all AE counterparts to discuss prior week’s activities and determine current week’s strategy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Professional sales skills (written and oral) and a desire to further advance your sales skillset.
- Excellent communication skills; able to build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills and proactive follow-up on leads.
- Resilient attitude, coachability, and demonstrated consistency in performance.
- Experience in the medical technology space.
- Able to determine customer values and needs and recommend Siemens Healthineers solutions and services.
- Excellent presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a team environment, performance-based culture.
- Leverage CRM to manage accounts; experience using CRM tools such as Oracle Sales Cloud or equivalent is a plus.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Prior MedTech sales experience.
- Proven experience with conducting inbound/outbound phone calls.
- Up to 5% travel.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $58,400 - $80,300. Factors affecting starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This role is a remote role (not a field-based role).
