Responsibilities
- Review, process, and validate vehicle ownership documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Audit documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Research and resolve documentation discrepancies, ownership issues, and missing information.
- Manage assigned production queues while meeting established productivity and quality standards.
- Communicate with state agencies, vendors, financial institutions, clients, and internal departments to obtain required documentation and resolve outstanding issues.
- Maintain accurate records and update account statuses within internal systems.
- Prioritize multiple requests while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external partners.

Qualifications
- Previous experience processing vehicle documentation, titles, registrations, or ownership records is preferred.
- Experience within repossession, automotive finance, dealerships, auctions, lending, or DMV/BMV environments is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify documentation discrepancies.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
