Classic Volkswagen of Gastonia 4417 Wilkinson Boulevard, Gastonia, NC Full Time Classic VW of Gastonia and Classic Ford Lincoln of Shelby is seeking an experienced Title Clerk for a Full Time position. Applicant must demonstrate good administration, organizational and communication skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of CDK computer system preferred but not required. We Offer Previous title work experience is required. Must have knowledge Health, Dental, Medical, Vision after 60 days 401K Paid Time Off Responsibilities Process Titles and Registrations for retail customers. Stock in Dealer Trades and process title work for outgoing trades.Re-assign all trade titlesPrepare titles for auctionsStock in all used vehicle purchasedPerform basic and routine accounting functionsMaintain log for returned finance contractsReceipt payment and issue checks for dealer tradesMaintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned.
