Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience processing automotive titles and registrations required
- Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Ensure all state paperwork is accurate and complete
- Ensure that all online registrations are processed in a timely manner and follow state guidelines
- Responsible for submitting original paperwork to our out of state vendor if applicable
- Obtain all dealer titles
- Follow up on all payoff titles to ensure they are received by the dealership
- Filing required forms with the state on a weekly basis
- Other duties as assigned
