About the role

The Driver Operator will gather data to customer specifications across North America and document observations through our Data Acquisition system. This role involves driving and operating vehicles on predefined routes under various conditions, ensuring accurate data retrieval and maintaining detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out driving services on vehicles in line with customer specifications.
• Drive and operate vehicles across predefined routes through various terrain and weather conditions.
• Perform predatory activities before shifts, including vehicle inspections before and after completion.
• Manage data acquisition systems to ensure accurate data retrieval.
• Drive vehicles safely and in compliance with traffic regulations.
• Follow instructions provided by the project manager.
• Perform daily reporting activities and as required by the program manager.
• Maintain all documentation with utmost confidentiality.
• Support data acquisition and implement proper tagging techniques to document objects, obstacles, and anomalies.

This project is expected to last 6 months with consecutive projects thereafter. Tasks may include other related duties as required.

Requirements

• High School diploma.
• 5 years of licensed driving experience.
• Current Driver’s License and a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years.
• Experience working with ADAS features highly preferred.
• Physically able to support test preparation and execution in an outdoor environment.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and drive passenger vehicles up to 8 hours a day.
• Meet all workplace health and safety requirements and practices.
