About the role
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional standards of workmanship and customer care. Responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing faults using the latest manufacturer diagnostic technology
- Completing vehicle health checks and identifying areas of concern
- Preparing new and Approved Used vehicles
- Completing technical repair work in line with documented procedures
- Recording work completed, labour and parts used accurately
- Communicating additional repair requirements to the Workshop Controller or Service Manager
- Ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest safety and cleanliness standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
Responsibilities

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification)
- A passion for delivering high-quality work
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Qualifications
- Previous Land Rover experience is not required; we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

- EV & Hybrid Training
- MOT Qualification Certification
- F-Gas Certification
- Advanced manufacturer diagnostic and technical training

Pay
Earn a package of up to £60,000 per annum
- Competitive salary of £35,500 – £52,000 depending on experience and qualifications
- Enhanced overtime rates with the opportunity to earn an additional £9,000 per year
- Introductory joining bonus of up to £3,000 (terms and conditions apply)
