About the role

As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional standards of workmanship and customer care. Responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnosing faults using the latest manufacturer diagnostic technology
  • Completing vehicle health checks and identifying areas of concern
  • Preparing new and Approved Used vehicles
  • Completing technical repair work in line with documented procedures
  • Recording work completed, labour and parts used accurately
  • Communicating additional repair requirements to the Workshop Controller or Service Manager
  • Ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest safety and cleanliness standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification)
  • A passion for delivering high-quality work
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • A team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

Qualifications

  • Previous Land Rover experience is not required; we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
  • We are passionate about helping our technicians develop their skills and progress their careers through dedicated manufacturer training and recognised industry qualifications, including:
    • EV & Hybrid Training
    • MOT Qualification Certification
    • F-Gas Certification
    • Advanced manufacturer diagnostic and technical training

Pay

Earn a package of up to £60,000 per annum

  • Competitive salary of £35,500 – £52,000 depending on experience and qualifications
  • Enhanced overtime rates with the opportunity to earn an additional £9,000 per year
  • Introductory joining bonus of up to £3,000 (terms and conditions apply)
