Harbinger is an American commercial electric vehicle (EV) company dedicated to innovation. The company's team of EV, battery, and drivetrain experts is developing a unique EV platform to meet the growing demand for medium-duty EVs and hybrids.
Responsibilities
- Customer fleet technical support
- Answer the Technical Support Line and resolve customer issues
- Manage tier 1 support on the web portal
- Help develop and refine issue tracking systems and processes
- Track and automate reports on customer service metrics
- Contribute to the creation of FAQs to guide other team members
- Help with service parts fulfillment process
- Train others on using the tools mastered
- Expect 10% travel
Requirements
- 3+ years' work experience in customer service
- Experience in automotive repair
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Natural ability to interact with diverse technical professionals
- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks with varying levels of information provided
- Valid driver’s license required
- Factory training programs through OEMs are a plus
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
- Understanding of vehicle systems and their interactions is a plus
- Ability to travel as needed
- A creative curiosity, collaborative work ethic, and hardworking enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities

Pay
California Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000 USD
