About the role
The Vehicles Sales Management Trainee position is designed to provide general Vehicle Sales training, with specific training in Rental, Finance, Operations, HR, and Sales & Marketing. Candidates must be willing to relocate within their territory at the end of the program.
Responsibilities
- Call on prospective customers and assigned accounts within a specific territory while using aggressive telephone marketing skills.
- Maintain contacts with existing customers to improve retention and keep current on market and customer trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Support the Vehicle Sales Managers in achieving location sales quotas, goals, and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Two (2) years or more of experience in customer service with issues resolution required.
- Two (2) years or more of sales experience preferred.
- Travel: 0-10%

- Hourly minimum pay range: $20.00
- Hourly maximum pay range: $23.00
