Maintained Duties
- Maintain security and safety for assigned areas.
- Interfaces with employees and visitors to enforce rules and protect assets.
- Maintain working knowledge of site security protocols including CCTV, access control technology, and the fire panel alarm system.
- Checks for suspicious occurrences and enforce site rules and policies.
- Maintain Daily Activity Logs (DAL) and records of occurrences.
- Completes necessary incident reports and uses computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or G.E.D., able to read and write to review and complete required incident reports.
- At least 18 years old and possess a valid vehicle operator's permit or license.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Flexible to work any shift including nights and weekends.
- Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Able to walk up and down stairs and on rough terrain.

Education and Experience
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Security/Customer Service (Preferred): 1 year of experience
