Vehicle Maintenance

Maintained Duties

• Maintain, inspect, service, repair, clean and paint all plant vehicles, material handling equipment, mobil cranes.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs to this equipment.

Safety

• Follow proper safety procedures including proper operation of equipment and wearing proper safety equipment.

Reliability and Documentation

• Know and follow all reliability procedures, process control requirements, testing procedures, and job description cards as they relate to the work being performed.
• Report work performed, findings or results of inspections, and time and materials used in completion of assigned work neatly and accurately.

Work Area Maintenance

• Maintain work area in neat and clean condition.
• Affirm that materials and tools are returned to proper storage and all waste and debris is removed upon completion of assigned work.

Reporting

• Report immediately to Supervisor any injury, unsafe act or condition, or any failure or impending failure of plant equipment.

Facility Operation

• Perform duties in such a manner as to assure the uninterrupted operation of the Manufacturing Facility.
• Affirm the continuation of the Victaulic Company of America as a clean, safe place of employment.
