Vehicle Maintenance Assistant – Bus Washer

HOURS: 8 Hour position COMPENSATION: $18.81* per hour plus benefits Please note that the hourly rate of pay is inclusive of the mandatory 4.5% retirement contribution to the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF). Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the appropriate school bus and passenger endorsements required by the State of Illinois. Ability to safely operate and use power tools and vehicle maintenance equipment. Knowledge of applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) daily vehicle fluid check requirements. Knowledge and understanding of school bus seat repair and interior vehicle maintenance.
