What's the Job?

Lead aftersales support activities for new vehicle launch programs from planning through launch readiness.
Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering and cross-functional business teams to ensure program success.
Manage, track, and report critical project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Cook up launch readiness assessments across supply chain, training, service, and operations teams.
Prepare and deliver program updates and executive-level presentations while driving issue resolution.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of automotive engineering, aftersales, vehicle launch, or program management experience.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and project reporting tools.
