As a Detailer, you'll clean, inspect, and prepare vehicles to meet the highest quality standards before they're delivered. Every day you'll work with a variety of vehicles while collaborating with teammates to ensure each one leaves looking showroom-ready.

Pay

Starting pay of $19.00/hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Stable Monday-Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with weekends off.

Responsibilities

  • Vacuum, wash, and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles.
  • Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet cosmetic quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Quality Inspection team to address cosmetic concerns.
  • Record time worked on each vehicle.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Coordinate with teammates to ensure production deadlines are met.
  • Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed.
  • Take pride in delivering vehicles that exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • 1–3 years of automotive detailing experience.
  • Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Comfortable working on your feet, inside vehicles, and using detailing equipment and cleaning products throughout the day.
  • Ability to meet the company's background check and drug screen requirements.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
