Compensation & Benefits

  • Start: $15.00/hr
  • 90 days: $15.50/hr
  • 6 months: $15.75/hr
  • 12 months/1 year: $16.25/hr
  • 18 months: $16.50/hr
  • 2 years: $17.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Work normal business hours (morning to late afternoon, limited evening demand, closed Sundays)
• Shift times:
  • Monday - Friday: 7 am - 1 pm / 1 pm - 10 pm
  • Saturday: 8 am - 6 pm
• Greet customers with an emphasis on world-class hospitality
• Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership (safety and focus are prioritized)
• Organize vehicle inventory around the dealership
• At some dealerships: provide vehicle wash, parts delivery, and quality control (ideal for those who prefer less customer interaction)
• Assist with various tasks to learn the ins and outs of the dealership
• Engage in fast-paced tasks that provide unmatched client service
• At eligible locations, properly trained team members may drive vehicles and customers off-site
• Thoroughly clean new and used vehicles to meet Citrin Standards, including:
  • Cleaning wheels
  • Pressure washing exterior
  • Hand drying
  • Vacuuming interior carpets and seats
• Use rideshare platforms for travel between locations (paid for by Citrin when applicable)

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for at least one year (learner’s permit does not qualify)
• At least 18 years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
• Professional appearance
• Ability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
• Strong communication skills
