Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly pay (every Friday)

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 7 AM - 1 PM or 1 PM - 7 PM
• Saturday: 7 AM - 3 PM
• Closed Sundays
• Limited demand on evenings

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with an emphasis on world-class hospitality
• Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership (safety is prioritized—no rushing)
• Organize vehicle inventory around the dealership
• At some dealerships: vehicle washing, parts delivery, and quality control (ideal for those who prefer less customer interaction)
• Assist with various dealership tasks to learn operations
• Provide unmatched client service in a fast-paced, engaging environment
• At select locations: drive vehicles and customers off-site (for eligible and trained team members)
• Thoroughly clean new and used vehicles to meet Citrin Standards, including:
  • Cleaning wheels
  • Pressure washing exteriors
  • Hand drying
  • Vacuuming interior carpets and seats

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Valid driver’s license for at least one year (no temporary licenses)
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to sit and/or stand for an entire shift
• Professional appearance
• Ability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
• Strong communication skills
• All candidates are subject to a criminal background check and/or motor vehicle record check after a conditional offer is accepted

DashCams are required for all team members operating vehicles to ensure safety and improve driving behaviors.
