Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive, delivering world‑class hospitality.
• Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership, emphasizing safety and focus.
• Organize vehicle inventory and, where applicable, provide vehicle wash, parts delivery, and quality‑control services.
• Assist with various dealership tasks as needed to learn the ins and outs of operations.
• When trained and eligible, drive vehicles and customers off‑site around the city.
• Thoroughly clean new and used vehicles to Citrin standards, including cleaning wheels, pressure‑washing exteriors, hand‑drying, and vacuuming interiors.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (must have been held for at least one year; temporary licenses do not qualify).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for an entire shift and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging.
• Professional appearance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and/or motor‑vehicle record check after a conditional offer is accepted.

Pay

Starting wage is $14 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays. After one year of service, employees become eligible for 401(k) options.

Schedule

• Shift times: Monday – Saturday, 7:00 am – 12:00 pm or 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
• Normal business hours in the morning to late afternoon; limited demand on evenings and closed Sundays.
• Both part‑time and full‑time schedules available.
