About the role

Plan and manage customer projects in the fields of energy technology and electrical engineering. Advise and accompany customers on-site. Provide technical coordination, manage suppliers and service providers, and handle risk and stakeholder management. Responsibilities also include scheduling, document and quality management, as well as contract management and claims processing.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed (Master’s or Diploma) degree in engineering or industrial engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an engineer or industrial engineer in scheduling and cost control (e.g., as project manager, project engineer, project lead, project controller, or comparable role)
  • IT skills (MS Office, MS Project, SAP)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and team spirit
  • Fluent German (C1–C2) and good English language skills
  • Desirable: experience with geoinformation systems such as QGIS or ArcGIS
