About the role

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy (Employees | Value | Execution | Relationships). Creates and manages detailed 3D digital representations of electrical components using Revit and AutoCAD MEP, or Navisworks. Utilizes 2D Bluebeam layouts provided from team to create 3D modeled content. Performs clash detection, ensures constructability to resolve conflicts before construction, and ensures models align with project goals and support prefabrication.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models, shop drawings, and spool drawings for electrical systems.
• Utilize Navisworks or similar program to identify and resolve conflicts between trades and other systems internally.
• Translate design intent into actionable, constructible models and assist field teams with 3D views.
• Generate detailed shop drawings, prefabrication sheets, and 2D installation drawings derived directly from the 3D model.
• Provide project documentation and update models with field as-built conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and drafting courses required.
• One to two years technical training preferred.
• Basic knowledge of and ability to use architectural drafting tools.
• Position responsibilities can be learned through on-the-job training.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• General knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Requires a positive attitude and the ability to orally communicate with internal and external customers.
• Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills.
• No prior work experience required.

Skills

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD MEP.
• Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and constructability reviews.
• Ability to interpret 2D Bluebeam layouts into 3D models.
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
