VDC Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end planning, scoping, and resourcing for customer implementations
• Manage and coach Implementation Leads and Specialists with clear goals and accountability
• Develop and maintain reports on team performance metrics like throughput and milestone achievement
• Identify team inefficiencies and advocate for standardized operational approaches
• Serve as escalation owner for at-risk customer implementations and guide resolutions
• Collaborate across functions—Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales—to improve execution and gather insights

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with BIM software and leading implementation teams in tech, construction, or homebuilding software
• Proven track record of managing customer onboarding projects and personnel effectively
• Experience building team performance metrics focusing on throughput, quality, and efficiency
• Hands-on knowledge of CAD/BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, or similar) and associated workflows
• Strong ability to identify inefficiencies and take action to resolve them

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
