vCIO / Technology & Business Solution Consultant
About the role
We are seeking a client-focused vCIO / Technology & Business Solution Consultant to serve as a strategic advisor, solution architect, and business partner for our clients. In this role, you'll help clients align technology investments with business objectives, develop strategic roadmaps, lead executive-level discussions, and drive long-term client success and growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic technology advisor for assigned clients
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with executive stakeholders
- Develop technology roadmaps that support client business goals
- Design secure, scalable, and cost-effective IT and cybersecurity solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling managed and security services
- Partner with service delivery and sales teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and recurring revenue growth
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in MSP, IT consulting, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong background in cloud technologies, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity
- Experience leading executive-level business and technology conversations
- Proven success in solution design, account management, and client relationship development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
Qualifications
Experience with Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, CIS, HIPAA, or CMMC preferred.
