Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven analytical solutions supporting pharmaceutical market access, pricing, and contracting strategies.
• Translate complex provider and payer data into actionable insights to inform access, value, and reimbursement decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations measuring contract performance, pricing effectiveness, and access outcomes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define use cases and translate domain challenges into technical and analytical requirements.
• Work with large-scale pharma datasets to drive insights across formulary access, patient affordability, reimbursement, and pricing analytics.
• Support data integration, quality, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of market access and contracting data.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of analytical frameworks, tools, and models optimizing payer and provider engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables align with client goals, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Lead end-to-end projects using cloud technologies to solve complex business problems.
• Drive strong delivery methodology to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Ensure technology solutions are scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance and cost.
• Lead, coach, and mentor project team members for continuous learning and professional growth.
• Demonstrate expertise, facilitation, and strong interpersonal skills in internal and client interactions.
• Collaborate with ZS experts to drive innovation and minimize project risk.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure a smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, MBA, or a related field with academic excellence.
• 5+ years of consulting experience in leading large-scale technology implementations.
• Experience working with payer and provider data and hierarchies.
• Experience with pharma key account management, contracting data, and technology.
• Experience delivering technology and data strategy projects in the healthcare B2B domain.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Significant supervisory, coaching, and hands-on project management skills.
• Extensive experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, advanced analytics, process automation, and application development.
• Familiarity with industry-standard products and platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Salesforce, Power BI, Cloud.
• Experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies.
• Experience working with pharma or healthcare data, particularly in market access, contracting, or pricing analytics.
• Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, client-ready outputs.
• Achieved a client-first mentality and intense work ethic.
• A collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Capable of managing a virtual global team for the timely delivery of multiple projects.
• Experienced in analyzing and troubleshooting interactions between databases, operating systems, and applications.
• Prepared to travel as needed to collaborate with clients and internal project teams.

Skills

• SQL proficiency and experience working with large relational or cloud-based data environments (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks, etc.).
• Expertise in translating domain and business problems into analytical use cases and communicating insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of pharma pricing, reimbursement, contracting, and patient access concepts.
