VCA Warm Springs Animal Hospital: Experienced Client Service Representative

About the role

VCA Warm Springs Animal Hospital is a growing AAHA accredited veterinary hospital seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. As a CSR, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide exceptional care and service to our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Ensuring the facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
• Performing hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste).

Requirements

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary due to travel requirements.

Pay

$18/hr. Compensation is based on experience.

Schedule

This position is full-time with approximately four 10-hour shifts per week.
