Vault Associate

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Pull, count and ready cards for Production using Production pull sheets.
• Perform mid-day ‘rushes’.
• Pull and count cards for daily shipment for CSR requests.
• Verify JAAMS lot numbers when moving back stock to front stock.
• Update JAAMS system when moving stock.
• Inspect open card trays for neatness and tape any back stock, labeling all taped trays with count (if less than 500) and client’s name.
• Absorb and perform JAAMS procedures.
• Perform modified vault inventory on JAAMS different banks each day.
• Pull cards to create generic sample cards for Visa, MC and or the client.
• Perform JAAMS remakes to insure real time inventory is up to date.
• Obtain and stock supplies as needed.
• Keep work stations neat and equipped with supplies.
• Assist with rush orders.
• Meet safety standards.

  Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma.
  • 1-3 years of inventory experience.
  • Forwarding thinking, strong numerical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills: both written and verbal.

  Special Positions Requirements

  • Requires standing, lifting, sitting, pulling and reaching required to fulfill the job duties.
  • 3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:00am).
  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
  • Noise level is moderate.
  • Must be able to perform all essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

  Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash (TTC) 33,150.00 - 55,250.00 USD Annual
