About the role

Perform echocardiography and vascular ultrasound exams to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for ultrasound procedures
• Conduct echocardiography and vascular ultrasound exams
• Ensure patient safety during imaging procedures
• Document and communicate results to healthcare teams and patients
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment
• Assist with patient transfers as needed

Requirements

• ARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography
• BLS certification
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred)

Skills

• Proficiency in sonography techniques
• Clinical care and patient instruction
• Technical aptitude for operating imaging equipment
• Time management and risk management
• Effective communication with healthcare teams and patients

Physical requirements

• Operate ultrasound equipment for extended periods
• Assist with patient transfers and positioning
• Navigate busy clinical environments

Schedule

Full-time hours with occasional weekend and holiday shifts.
