Vascular Sonography Adjunct Instructor "Pool"

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality didactic (lecture) and laboratory instruction.
• Guide students through noninvasive vascular scanning protocols, vascular anatomy, pathophysiology, and real-time data analysis.
• Construct, administer, and grade written and practical scanning examinations.
• Evaluate student scanning techniques and preliminary reporting capabilities.
• Instruct students on proper equipment optimization, transducer care, and strict adherence to safety standards.
• Assist the Program Director in updating the vascular curriculum, course syllabi, and competency checklists to ensure continued alignment with JRC-CVT and CAAHEP guidelines.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

• Hold an active RVT (ARDMS) or RVS (CCI) credential.
• Hold an associate degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or a closely related health science field from an accredited institution.
• Have a minimum of two (2) years of full-time clinical vascular scanning experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree.
