Vascular Neurologist

About the role

Join the vascular neurology team at the Fleming Neuroscience Institute at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), now part of Jefferson Health. LVHN operates one of the region’s highest-volume stroke programs, caring for patients across 15 hospitals each year.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with a highly skilled team of physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs)
• Provide advanced stroke care at the Cedar Crest campus, including 24/7 advanced imaging, endovascular therapy, and neurovascular surgical expertise
• Support seamless coverage for the high-volume stroke program with intentional call schedules to ensure work-life balance
• Manage over 2,200 stroke cases annually, including rapid response to neurologic emergencies
• Work in a flexible inpatient/outpatient model with support from physician assistants/nurse practitioners, neurocritical care neurologist team, and neuroradiologists
