Vascular Neurologist
About the role
The Henry Ford Health’s Division of Vascular Neurology is seeking a Board-eligible/Board-certified Vascular Neurologist to join their multidisciplinary team in Detroit at Henry Ford Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Engage in clinical research, contributing to the institute's active clinical trials and neurology research programs.
- Teach and mentor medical students, neurology residents, and vascular neurology fellows.
- Participate in academic activities, including a tenure-track academic appointment through Michigan State University - College of Human Medicine and Wayne State School of Medicine.
- Collaborate with Neurosurgery and Radiology departments to facilitate program growth and improve neurological health outcomes in the community.
Requirements
- Must have completed an ACGME/AOA approved Neurology Residency program.
- Must have completed or be currently completing a Vascular Neurology Fellowship program.
- Must be board-eligible/board-certified in Neurology.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
- Current license to practice medicine in the state of Michigan.

- Strong clinical skills in vascular neurology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
