Vascular/Interventional Radiologist - Locum Coverage

We are seeking a licensed, board-certified MD for inpatient interventional radiology coverage in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include: providing on-site inpatient care, performing procedures such as biopsies, cysts, aspirations, paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar punctures, and arthrograms, with an average of 8-15 procedures daily.Work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weeknight and weekend call duties.Requirements: board certification, proficiency with Powerscribe 360 for dictation, and experience with McKesson PACS and Philips IR equipment.Support staff: collaboration with a team of four MDs out of a group of 22.Additional duties: performing general diagnostic imaging between procedures and managing clinical workflows. Ideal candidates will possess strong procedural skills, clinical documentation expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
