The Thales Academy Athletics program is seeking qualified candidates to lead the Varsity Volleyball Team. The program competes at the state level in the NCISAA and is a member of the Raleigh Area Athletic Conference.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

• Conduct tryouts for the team
• Create plans for all practices and games
• Manage game decisions, playing time, and feedback from players and parents
• Consistently communicate with the Athletic Director, players, and parents
• Provide instruction and develop skills for the student athletes related to the assigned sport
• Contribute to the overall education program and the growth of student-athletes

Pay

• All Coaches will receive a stipend at the end of the season
• Assistant Coach: $1,000

Employment Information

• This is a part-time, non-contract position with Thales Academy
• No benefits package is included
