Varsity Football Coach - Assistant

About the role

The Assistant Varsity Football Coach will support the head coach in all aspects of the football program, including game preparation, player development, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game planning and strategy discussions with the head coach
• Work closely with players to improve their skills and performance
• Manage team logistics and travel arrangements
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Experience with youth sports administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Pass a background check
