About the Role
Varsity Baseball Head Coach for the upcoming 2027 Spring Season, beginning March 2027.
Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule all practices
- Organize and care for all related equipment
- Manage student behavior during practices and contests
- Communicate with students, parents, and other coaches
- Submit athletes' contracts, physicals, and all required paperwork to the athletic office or the appropriate designee in a timely fashion
- Adhere to rules and regulations of Clarkston Community Schools (CCS) and the MHSAA
- Adhere to relevant timelines and the CCS Code of Conduct
Qualifications
- Knowledge of MHSAA baseball
- Prior coaching experience preferred
- Great organizational and communication skills
- Ability to inspire confidence in and motivate players
- Must be willing and able to complete the EduStaff hiring process and fingerprint background check prior to working with athletes
