Varsity Assistant Coach

About the role

Responsible for supporting the head coach in all aspects of the volleyball program, including game preparation, team development, and player evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and evaluating potential student-athletes
• Work closely with the head coach to develop game strategies and tactics
• Manage team travel logistics and accommodations
• Collaborate with the strength and conditioning staff to enhance player performance
• Attend all home and away games

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in coaching, education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Strong knowledge of volleyball rules and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
