Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Cook up cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Track project progress, risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates.
- Ensure projects comply with IT policies and security standards.
- Drive infrastructure migration projects, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
- Participate in testing and validation of new releases, patches, and configuration changes.
- Drive architecture decisions, migration plans, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth application performance and system reliability.
Domain Expertise
- Deep understanding of Healthcare IT systems, workflows, and regulatory requirements.
- Oncology related applications knowledge is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with radiologists, clinical teams, and healthcare vendors.
Technical Skills
- Infrastructure Migration: Hands-on experience in planning and executing server, database, and application migrations across environments (on-prem to cloud or hybrid).
- Application Support: Installation, upgrades, patch deployments, and troubleshooting across test, staging, and production environments.
- Infra Knowledge: Strong understanding of servers, databases (SQL Server, etc.), networks, SSL certificates, system upgrades, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Mining & Performance: Proactive monitoring of system performance, availability, and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 15 years of project management experience in IT services.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Project management certification (PMP, CSM, etc.) is a plus.
