Your mission
- Manage projects (time, scope, budget, quality) per CMMI guidelines
- Monitor and address project changes and risks proactively
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication (internal & external)
- Translate business needs into project requirements
- Define gaps, create user stories/Jira tickets, and prioritize with Development
- Configure software and align test cases with customers
- Plan and coordinate releases and patches
Skills And Qualifications
- Degree in Business Information Systems or Computer Science and PMP certified is a plus
- Experience in IT project management (3 y+)
- Basic knowledge of US customs processes (import/export)
- Understanding of FTZ operations
- Good understanding of relational databases, SQL statements, and ideally Oracle DB
- Structured, analytical and proactive working style
- Strong communicator with customer focus
- Fluent in English & openness for business travel (max. 10%)
