Primary Responsibilities
- Calculate commissions using the company's commission software program, currently Varicent's Incentive Compensation Management Record commission and variable pay accruals and payments within established timelines
- Complete review procedures to ensure accuracy of payments
- Review and process documents for completeness and proper approvals as needed
- Reconcile commission balances
Desired Skills & Experience
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required, or equivalent in work experience
- 3-5 years commission calculation/accrual experience
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and csv file uploads
- Experience with NetSuite, Varicent's ICM (Commission Tracking Software), SalesForce, and UKG is highly desirable
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools
- Attention to detail is a must
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and a demonstrated ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written forms
- Possesses the ability to self-manage and adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities while maintaining focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible work schedule required
