Pay

Salary: $19 an hour

Schedule

This is a Per Diem position with Monday‑Friday hours. Weekly schedule includes split shifts with mandatory AM (7:30 am – 9:30 am) and PM (2:45 pm – 4:45 pm) hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the PC Team Leader or Director to ensure all individuals needing transportation to the Partial Care program receive it.
• Communicate transportation availability directly to service recipients and organize the referral process.
• Set up the weekly list of people to be transported.
• Plan routes for pick‑up and drop‑off using maps and GPS platforms.
• Provide safe transportation to and from Bridgeway Partial Care.
• Safely park and lock the vehicle when not in use.
• Maintain time and mileage records and track a log of transportation for persons served.
• Seek supervision from a supervisor monthly and attend assigned team meetings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than one moving violation in the past 12 months.
• Experience driving large passenger vans and strong van‑driving skills.
• Ability to respond to roadside emergencies.
• Proficiency with maps and GPS platforms for route planning.
• Experience relating well to people of all ages, races, and disabilities.
• Personal vehicle required for the role.
