Van Driver - Hospitality Services

What You’ll Do

• Provides safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for patients receiving non-emergency treatments and scheduled testing at Taylor Regional Hospital.
• Communicates effectively and professionally with patients, families, medical staff, and team members.
• Complies with all policies and procedures outlined in the Taylor Regional Hospital Fleet Safety Program.
• Accurately maintains mileage logs, maintenance records, and fuel documentation.
• Safeguards assigned vehicle by ensuring it is routinely inspected, properly maintained, cleaned, refueled, and serviced at designated locations.
• Complies with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
• Adheres to all traffic laws in accordance with Kentucky state regulations and maintains a valid Kentucky driver’s license.
• Completes patient transport documentation accurately and coordinates with other drivers to ensure all patients are transported on time.
• Transmits relevant service and passenger information to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
