Van Driver (covering Northern Ireland and ROI)

About the role

You will be the face of Bathshack at point of delivery and key to completing the final part of the sale to our customer. Working in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland on a full-time, 4-day-per-week compressed schedule, you’ll deliver our goods in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring the customer receives the correct product in perfect condition.

• Daily routes across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
• Load vans with goods for the daily route
• Ensure safe delivery and collection of goods within agreed timescales
• Check goods for quality when loading
• Report all issues encountered while on the run as soon as it is safe to do so
• Check goods off with the customer to ensure accuracy and quality
• Manage returns from customers
• Perform daily and weekly van checks
• Keep vans clean and to the highest standard, both inside and out
• Assist in the warehouse when necessary
• Adhere to company vehicle policy at all times

Requirements

• Full driving licence (maximum 6 points)
• Over 25 years old (for insurance purposes)
• Flexible and organised
• Strong customer service skills
• Accurate and thorough approach
• Professional, tidy appearance
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently

Pay

Starting salary £27,637 per annum with structured progression through salary bands:

• Band 1 Driver: £27,637
• Band 2 Driver: £28,683.20
• Band 3 Driver: £30,160

Overtime available at standard pay rate.

Schedule

40 hours per week, compressed into 4 days.
