Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Documents all service activities in a complete accurate and timely manner according to requirements of regulatory bodies and Westbrook policy.
• Maintains daily logs and records.
• Transports clients in an agency vehicle to and from services.
• Monitors client safety needs including physical, medical, behavioral and psychiatric.
• Maintains vehicles in a safe operating condition.
• Works to ensure a safe environment for staff, consumers and associates by following Westbrook's safety policies.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information and complies with HIPAA regulations.
• Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and supports Westbrook Health Services mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior.
