Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.Must pass physical examinationMust pass background check and drug screening.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Valid Driver’s License in state of hire. Have a minimum of one year experience in working with the frail and elderly population. About Us Senior Community Care of Kentucky PACE (Northern) provides healthcare and supportive services for individuals age 55 and older, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes and communities. As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider, our interdisciplinary teams deliver personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each participant’s needs. Located in the welcoming community of Florence, part of the greater Northern Kentucky region.
